The company wanted to introduce a new ERP and financial accounting system to strengthen its technical and process capabilities. This had to be integrated into a heterogeneous IT landscape, harmonize different data sources and align business processes, while day-to-day operations continued. Equally important was involving staff from all departments so that the new processes would be accepted and used.

LÖSUNG|N supported the client end to end: strategy for the target solution, requirements analysis, tender management and implementation of the new ERP and financial system.

Acting as project lead and providing process specialists, LÖSUNG|N delivered a solution that integrated all areas of the organization, including manufacturing and trade.

LÖSUNG|N also managed the tender and procurement of a PIM system and handed it over for internal implementation and go-live.

Together with the client, a project-management framework was set up, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management were introduced and anchored in daily operations.

The result was a future-ready IT landscape and standardized, digitalized business processes.
