As part of its future roadmap, the utility wanted to introduce Microsoft 365 to modernize internal collaboration.

The goal was to create a digital workplace that improves productivity, communication, and flexibility, and that fits into the existing IT landscape.

Solution

We supported the client through the complete tendering and procurement process, working with procurement lawyers to ensure a legally compliant and efficient award.

At the same time, we consolidated the existing IT landscape and aligned it with the M365 target setup.

The rollout did more than deploying M365 technically.

Cloud-based tools and modern communication platforms were introduced, data security was strengthened, and processes were digitalized.

Employees were involved early, trained in a targeted way, and actively included in the change.

The result was a modern, accepted collaboration environment.
