Our role: We listen, take notes, structure, moderate – and share our relevant knowledge.
This will form the basis of our concept for day 2 of the workshop, which will take place 2–3 weeks later.
Day 2:
- Common ground: Review of Day 1 and conclusions for Day 2
- Applied AI knowledge: AI use cases for your organisation
- The steps to implementation: Simulation of a pilot project for introducing AI in your company
Output:
We will prepare the output for you based on the content of the two workshop days.
This includes:
- a possible target vision for your organisation,
- a roadmap and
- a mini project plan
for the introduction of AI.
